Music Video Idea Board
Our music video is going to be to Dizzie Rascal - Holiday. The initial idea is that it is going to be a mix between stop motion and fluid motion images, it is going to be a narrative video and it will cut to the beat. It is going to film the process of packing the suitcase for a holiday, using close ups of the suitcase/tickets/passports etc. We are also going to use shots of holiday scenery to break up the video. The idea is to make the suitcase get progressively fuller throughout the video.
We have considered places to film our video, such as, the white room in the media studio or an empty classroom if we cant get that.

S2 - 30 Evaluation video
Group S2 - 30's video did fit the the marketing criteria, but we felt that Group S2-26 was better, as it was the more professional video.
Group S2 - 26 showed a more professional approach to the creativity and relationship between the music and lyrics to the visuals that they provided.
Even though S2 - 30 were more "outrageous" :D

Evaluation of 13P2-08 music video
We watched 13p2 - 08's music video.
It conformed to the Goodwin's theory. The video demonstrated straight away the genre characteristics. for example, the costumes. They consisted of gold chains, flat caps, aviator sunglasses and the car.
The characters kick around empty beer cans and they smoke because they think it looks cool.
This creates a relationship between visuals and the lyrics, as well as the music.
The lip syncing was good. There was a boy lip syncing the verse that then girl singer sings which added a comical effect.
